- Each other in creating a family environment for our program.
- Schedule events and appointments around the soccer schedule.
- Understand
- Winning does not define our success. Our students growth does.
- What is best for the program will not always be aligned with our personal interests.
- We all play a role in the success of our Mustang Soccer Program.
- Adhere to the 24 Hour Rule
- As coaches, we ask that you wait 24 hours to contact us regarding a complaint after a game or practice.
- This rule is very important to respect.
- Having time to cool off and approach difficult situations appropriately will allow us to maintain a working relationship as coaches and parents. We are both here to support this program.
